Composite reinforcing mesh for masonry is a modern version of steel reinforcing welded mesh with improved technical parameters. Composite mesh is manufactured by double fastening reinforcement bars on specialised production lines. It is an alternative to similar structures made of ferrous metals, galvanised and stainless alloys.
We offer composite mesh in the form of cards and coils of various sizes. As a manufacturer, Armalitas sets competitive prices for composite mesh for masonry in Ukraine.

WARNING! The given recalculation is standard only for the standard use of reinforcement of the Armalit_BASE series, which meets the standards of DSTU 9065:2021. Recalculation using this calculator does not apply to the use of reinforcement in floor slab structures. The recalculation of the use of composite reinforcement in floor slabs is calculated individually for a specific project, but according to experience to date, it is not cost-effective.
COMPOSITE REINFORCEMENT AND MESH SHOULD BE USED EXACTLY WHERE IT IS NEEDED (see "MORE INFO").

Essential information about composite reinforced mesh
Fiberglass mesh made of composite reinforcement is a single-layer structure with a flat base consisting of perpendicularly arranged rods, carefully connected to each other by a double weave method. This unique structure provides strength and resistance to deformation for structures of varying complexity.
The main components of composite mesh include fibreglass roving or, less commonly, basalt fibre, bonded with thermosetting epoxy resins, which are then cured. The cross-section of the rods is usually in the range of 2 to 4 mm, and when they are joined during the manufacturing process, square or rectangular cells with parameters from 50×50 mm to 200×200 mm are formed.
Technological production lines enable strict adherence to product specifications. Certified materials from well-known professional brands are used in the manufacture of composite reinforcement mesh. Before being sent to the finished products warehouse, fibreglass mesh for masonry undergoes mandatory technical parameter testing. You can buy composite mesh at a favourable price directly from the manufacturer, Armalit.
