Composite mesh Armalit_BASE, арт. 420 856 d-2 mm, 100*100, roll h-1200 mm/50 m/60 m2
The Armalit_BASE series of composite mesh is intended for use in construction, as a full replacement for steel welded reinforcing mesh.
Due to the 2-3 times increased strength characteristics of the composite mesh compared to the steel mesh, the replacement of the metal mesh is performed with a smaller diameter composite mesh, but with the same tensile strength characteristics as the steel analog with a larger diameter. For example, to replace a steel welded mesh d 3x100x100, you need to use and buy a composite reinforcing mesh d-2 mm 100*100 (see “Table of equal strength replacement”).
Fields of application of composite reinforcing mesh:
– all types of screeds (upper layers of industrial floors, warm floors, high-quality preparation of surfaces for laying decorative coatings, sports grounds, paving, screeds, etc.)
– as a full-fledged replacement for the masonry mesh for reinforcing multilayer brick and block walls, to strengthen the load-bearing capacity of the integrity and prevent the formation of cracks (for additional convenience and optimization of construction tasks, the assortment includes masonry meshes of standard height h 500 and h 380 mm in compact rolls with a length of 25 and 50 m or in the cards form)
– for plastering and facing works
– all types of protective screeds of concrete structures working in aggressive environments (in contact with water, service stations, car washes, artificial reservoirs, pools, fountains, chemical tanks, floors of agricultural productions, poultry farms, farms, etc.)
– for reinforcing structural layers of road clothing, bridge deck, tram tracks, etc. Mesh reinforcement allows you to reduce the thickness of the base of the reinforced canvases, while additionally reducing the effect of rutting from the operation of the canvases and increasing the time between repairs, making these repairs scheduled and not emergency. This significantly increases the efficiency and quality of road construction.
Advantages of using the composite reinforcing mesh Armalit_BASE 2x100x100:
• it is well known that construction without mash is a waste of money. Therefore, using the Armalit_BASE composite mesh, you get a high-quality and at the same time cost-effective solution of reinforcing material
• thanks to the compactness, light weight, ease of operation, adaptability of the lengths of mesh products (available in roll and card formats), transport costs are minimized, installation costs are reduced, waste-free installation is ensured and, as a result, the cost of construction is reduced. Reinforcing mesh is available for shipment in such formats as h 1200, 1000, 500, 380 mm rolls with a length of 25 m, 50 m, 100 m, cards 1000*2000 mm, 1000*3000 mm, 500* 2000 mm, 380*2000 mm.
Reinforcing mesh is available for shipment in such formats as h 1200, 1000, 500, 380 mm rolls with a length of 25 m, 50 m, 100 m, cards 1000*2000 mm, 1000*3000 mm, 500* 2000 mm, 380*2000 mm. It is the availability of composite reinforcing mesh in rolls that is an advantage for logistics tasks and allows to significantly optimize delivery costs.

WARNING! The given recalculation is standard only for the standard use of reinforcement of the Armalit_BASE series, which meets the standards of DSTU 9065:2021. Recalculation using this calculator does not apply to the use of reinforcement in floor slab structures. The recalculation of the use of composite reinforcement in floor slabs is calculated individually for a specific project, but according to experience to date, it is not cost-effective.
COMPOSITE REINFORCEMENT AND MESH SHOULD BE USED EXACTLY WHERE IT IS NEEDED (see "MORE INFO").
