Payment and delivery terms

Armalitas organises delivery of its products to any city in Ukraine.

 

Payment methods

For maximum convenience for our customers, the Armalitas online store offers a variety of payment methods. Your choice of payment method may affect the available delivery options for your order.

 

Payment by bank card

  • Payment is possible through the Privat 24 system.
  • You can also pay at the cash desk of any bank that is convenient for you.
  • In all cases, full prepayment is required.
  • The details for payment of the order will be sent to you by email or SMS.
  • If you make the payment before 13:00, your order can be shipped on the same day; after 13:00, it will be shipped the next day (after payment confirmation).
  • When paying via Privat 24 terminals, please note that a commission may be charged.

 

Payment by bank transfer (using bank details)

After confirming the order, the customer will receive an invoice, which can be paid at any bank or via a current account. The invoice can be sent by email or via instant messaging.

Invoices can be issued either by an individual entrepreneur (without VAT) or by a legal entity (with VAT), according to your preferences.

  • When paying by bank transfer, full prepayment is required.
  • Payment must be made no later than three days after receiving the invoice; otherwise, your order will be cancelled.
  • If payment is made before 13:00, your order can be shipped the same day. Payment after 13:00 means that the shipment will take place the next day, after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive all necessary documents along with the goods.

 

Cash on delivery

You can use this payment method if your goods are delivered via Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta. Payment should be made directly at the post office when receiving the goods. Please note that an additional commission is charged for this service in accordance with the tariffs of the selected carrier.

Please note! Payment must be made exclusively in the national currency – hryvnia.

To speed up the processing and shipment of your order, you can help us by sending a scanned copy of the receipt or payment document to our email address [email protected] after making a bank transfer or cashless payment. Alternatively, you can inform our manager-consultant of the date, time and amount of payment, which will allow us to quickly track your payment.

 

Delivery

When ordering products from Armalitas, you can choose one of the following delivery methods:

  • Pickup: pick up your order yourself at our offices in Lviv, Kharkiv or Chernivtsi.
  • Delivery by transport companies: we will arrange delivery through reliable transport companies so that you can receive your goods right to your doorstep.

Delivery in the Lviv and Kharkiv regions is carried out by our own transport or, by agreement, through other transport companies. For shipments to other cities in Ukraine, we offer you the opportunity to choose a logistics company that is convenient for you:

  • Nova Poshta
  • Ukrposhta
  • Delivery
  • Other individual carriers (in particular, for consolidated cargo: when ordering large batches of goods, such as composite reinforcement and mesh, this delivery method may be the most economical and profitable for you).

The delivery cost is determined based on the total weight of your order and the rates of the selected transport company. The minimum order amount is 500 UAH.

Goods can only be shipped after 100% prepayment, except in cases where cash on delivery is used.

You cover the delivery cost yourself in accordance with the carrier’s rates.

 

Terms and conditions for exchange and return of goods

The consumer has the right to return or exchange goods within 14 days from the date of purchase. When returning goods, the buyer has several options:

  • choose alternative items from our range, with a price adjustment;
  • terminate the agreement and receive a refund for the goods to be returned.

The procedure for returning and exchanging goods is carried out under the following conditions:

  • a notification or request must be sent to the email address [email protected];
  • a sales receipt or payment receipt must be provided;
  • keep the goods in their original condition, following the manufacturer’s recommendations;
  • the packaging of the goods must remain intact.

The goods must be returned to the agreed address specified by the supplier. The costs of transporting goods of good quality upon return shall be borne by the buyer.

The funds paid for the goods will be returned to the buyer by bank transfer in accordance with the completed application form. This process will be completed within the agreed time frame, but no later than 7 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.

It is important to note that partial returns are only possible for goods sold in intact packaging.
